Coilover build help!

Looked at countless diy and I can't seem to get the answers I need.

I just bought these TC Kline springs to go with the TC Kline DA shocks and struts that I already have. This is where I am so far:

Do I need the extra washer in between the mount and the spring hat? Excuse me if I use the wrong terms. I'm not super familiar with suspension.

And how in the hell do I tighten the 21mm nut on top?

Yes you need the washer and use a go-thru socket set.
