Question Stock Infinti Xenons in my car?

My friend got me some xenons from an infinti recently (I bought them bc they were only 150$), his and I was just wondering if I would be able to retrofit them to my car? I mean they ahould fit as long as the bulb holder thing fits into the headlight assembly, and the plug from the stock H7's fits into the new one (which looks like it will fit). Is this correct? I'll post pics when I'm home from work.

They'll fit if you're creative but you're beam pattern might be a little bogus. Try it out. For $150 its worth a shot.

They are Stock HIDs from a wrecked Infiniti I30. Got them for $150 bulbs, ballast, and starter. I tried though, and they don't fit. I guess they use H4 lights, so whatever; I'll sell em on ebay or something. The bulbs are Phillips 4300k (exact same as the BMW stock HID's) I don't get your question about keeping the look of the lights and just getting HID bulbs.

From the periodic Table of the elements.
TiAg means Ti=Titanium & Ag=Silver
