Xpost: DTM Autohaus
Has anyone had any experience dealing with these guys??
I ordered a set of wheels from a dealer of theirs exactly 5 weeks ago. To date, they keep saying in emails that the manufacturer is backed up, that they are in production so they'll be ready very soon....etc.... Problem is that I cant even get an expected ETA... I know that I'm probably just getting anxious for the wheels (especially cuz Bimmerfest East is next weekend), but in the back of my head i keep thinking of all the IntroForged horror stories!!!! Can anyone help me out??? Any experience with DTM??? They seem like really nice guys, but cant provide me with any solid info.

dtm are very good people. its hard for them to provide an ETA when they're not being made by them.

Yes...I do think I hate you

DTMAutohaus is a straight up bizness, much respect for Stan (owner). I'd keep on them, but that is one of the risks when buying wheels from a new, smaller company (introforged).

I dealt with Stan for my new Toyo's on order. He sounded like a good guy over the telephone.
I ordered: Toyo T1 Proxy S tires (235/35/19 on the front)(265/30/19 on the back) from them. They are backordered, but said they will ship them this coming Friday and I paid for 2 day delivery. So I hope all goes to plan as I have a show on the 29th. |

Yea,
I've heard good things about them.....Hopefully everything will work out and I'll get my wheels soon. I just hope manufacturing backlogs arent going to keep me waiting another 5 weeks

very good shop.. one of FEW that I trust
their promises and deliverys are actually on time. You should order directly from them to avoid any delays. Stan and John are good guys to deal with good luck w/ ur purchase |
