Already shopping for winter wheels/tires

Has anyone gone with the 16" AT Italia option on a 330? I know it's one of the very few 16" wheels that will clear the 330's brakes. I'm curious as whether anyone has had any issues?

Also, thoughts on the LM-22's vs. WS-50? I am aware of the benefits and trade-offs on each, but any real world experience? I'm in the northeast, and if we have another winter like last winter, am I going to wish I went with the WS-50's? Or did people get through the winter IN CONFIDENCE with the LM-22's.

And on top of all this.......205? 215? 225?

Thanks all

-m

1. better in the snow
2. cheaper

This will be the third season we've been selling this setup with excellent results for use in snow. They clear the brakes with no problems. The more narrow 205/55R16 will offer a bit better deep snow traction, as would the Q rated WS-50. If you're willing to trade off a bit of snow traction for better dry road hanlding/cornering, consider 225/50R16 or the LM22 instead.

Thanks Gary. I know I would be sacrificing a bit of winter grip with the LM's, but in reality, how much are we talking? Significant or hardly noticeable?

Thanks again

On light snow not much difference, but on hard pack snow/ice, the softer compound of the WS-50 is noticable.
