Help Lower control arms

Major vibration when braking. Have a 2000 323ci which has been lowered (Pss9's). Dealer said they wouldn't replace because I have lowered it. Anyone else have similar experience or is there a recall bulletin.

Are you sure it's a control arm problem and not warped brake rotors? If it is the control arm, then the bushing is most likely shot. They are inexpensive to replace. $20 for the bushings and 1hr of labor at most.
