Situation after replacing lenses.

My lenses were in pretty bad shape so I ordered a pair from Khoalty, great fit and the light output really improved, very happy with that.

The thing is, when I put all the parts together again, the plastic shown in the picture stayed like that, like "saggy"... I tried to put it the right way but couldn't and can't figure out where does it goes or how it can stay in place...

Any input is more than appreciated!

You didn't install the rubber piece properly. The tabs that stick out have to clip into the headlight housing.

Solidjake, thanks for you input, are you referring to the weather strip? That is actually in place, the plastic you see in the picture is the "beauty" thing the headlight has inside, I see it has 6 clips, one on each corner and two more on the upper part (those clips are shorter) but the housing itself has no hole where to insert those two middle clips.

I'll upload some pictures as soon as I can.

Are those headlights aftermarket? You might need to force them up over the headlight bezel

See if you can find OEM projectors that are made by AL. If you can get them for $400 for the set do it but it must have the ballasts.

If not get OEM halogen lights for under $100 and click on projector retrofit in my sig below. You can retro in projectors and they will look great.
