front bumper

I was thinking of putting this front bumper on. Anybody in the bay area know of any shop that'll paint this piece at an affordable price and install it. I've believe I have read somewhere about removal of the front bumper. Is that hard at all?

Thanks!

You can find bumper removal/installation info in the how-to section in the top Nav.
