Help with touch-up paint application

Hey guys, some bastard swiped my car with something in the parking lot and scraped away some of the clearcoat on the paint next to the rear wheel well. Besides that, there are a few little spots where the actual paint (titanium silver metallic) got knocked off. Any secret techniques for applying the touch up paint so it isn't noticeable? What about fixing the rub marks where the clear coat got rubbed off? Thanks a lot!
