Aftermarket Radio Question.
How do you get your steering wheel radio controls to work with an aftermarket radio?

they sell an adapter for it
You can get one from alpine. I think that you can get them here www.onlinecarstereo.com Or your car stereo shop should have them or can get them.

yeah
It is an adapter that plugs in line between your wheel and the stereo. I don't know what it is called but you can do a search on this forum and I am sure that you will find something because plenty of other people have asked about this. I dont' know exactly what it is called but somebody is bound to know.

There's a universal wheel integretation kit that relays infrared commands to your stereo (if you have an IR port).
I used this for my clarion to integrate with the wheel. Now I have volume up/down ; channel/station up-down ; mute ; and function. Works nicely. |
