Woman who lost winning lottery tickets claims that it's legally hers

http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/...y-ticket_x.htm

what do you think?

i think if you lose it, it's game.

I feel bad for her though, but she should have known to secure her ticket.

In the article it says the ticket has been submitted to the lotto, but didn't specify who claimed the prize.

As I learned in the 2nd grade "Finders Keepers, Losers Weepers" In all honesty if I found that ticket I would probably give her half (81 millions) just so I didn't feel bad.

"Jemison took the immediate cash payment option, which is $94 million before taxes. After taxes, the lump sum payment is an estimated $67.2 million."

LOL, what a piece of shiat the biatch is. I agree, I hope the judge makes an example out of her. What a role model she is for her 7 children. I'm sure they will be real contributors to society.

So that lady claimed that she lost her ticket after the winning numbers where given out? Or did she loose her ticket before the numbers were given out and she said she had those exact numbers? She must be on krak or something.

On the lottery tickets in Cali, on the back of the ticket is a signature line for the purchaser to sign their name. They don't have this back east?

Also the lady claiming the lost ticket, claims she's been playing those numbers for years and they represent birthdays and ages of her kids.........maybe she forgot to play that week and just figured since nobody turned in the winning ticket she'd claim she'd lost it.........Dunno, but FINDERS, KEEPERS!!!!

Most people who win the lottery end up going bankrupt anyways.

that skank reported her purse lost AFTER the #s were announced. cuz she said when she heard the #s, she knew right away that she won. but she prolly only said she lost the ticket cuz the winner was still in shock from winning, and didnt want to come forward yet
