SC vs. Chip/Intake/exhaust

I'm currently waiting for the 3 year warranty to expire before I supercharge my 330ci. Only have 1 1/2 year left. If I decide to spend $500+ on chip/intake/exhaust upgrade right now will it be a waste of money when I eventually get SC? Or will the SC make use of the chip/intake/exhaust upgrade?

Most SCs have their own software and intakes so you would not need them. The exhaust will help with the SC for sure.

the only thing that you will be able to make use of will be the exhaust after S/C'ing...

You guys think AA SC is worth the money? It sounds like I should just wait till I SC. Will a SC 330ci step compete with stock M3?

How much did you pay for your SC? Those are awesome numbers. How badly have you kill an M3 or other cars? What are some of the others that you have raced against and beaten?

The headers are the bottleneck in the e46. If there a good chance youll end up FI, youll need to invest in an exhaust system from the manifold back. Forget the intake side and software, both will be replaced anyways.

I have ecis intake, aa chip, euro headers, and a mozart exhaust on my 325ci. The car is very loud at open throttle, it drones a little on the highway but with my radio on I can barely hear anything. With the headers I noticed the biggest difference higher in the power band (4000 to 7000). When my warranty is up i will also be investing in a Supercharger, most likely RMS. I will post the dyno and time slips when complete.
