true, however, the real difference is in the moment of inertia. 19s may only have a little bit more mass, but it is significantly further away from the axis, making it much more difficult to rotate it. i could feel a slight difference when i got my 18s as an upgrade from 17s, and the difference was in the moment of inertia (or rotational mass, its too late/early to be thinking about this, so forgive me if my terminology is off).

Thanks I have 5% all around. I had the same on my last car (Acura 1.6 EL) and decided to do the same on this one. If it is against the law and enforced where you live I wouldn't recommend it though!
