well, there are plenty of other 323i's i have found on the internet with similar miles and they go for about the same, without the DVD and extras i have

I just bought my 323ci loaded, SP, PP, xenon, HK, and leather with 35k miles, no accidents and still in warrenty from dealer for $21k. An older lady owned it, and it was always garaged in mint condition, no dings or scratches.... never modded with brand new potenzas. Cd Changer too.
You're probably lookin at like $15-$16k.
