Bill Auberlen wins SpeedTV Touring Round 1

325 pride is riding high. Turner Motorsports BMW 325i won the 1st round of the SpeedTV Touring car championship at Sebring that aired this weekend. Bill Auberlen successfully left behing the new Real Time racing Acura TSX piloted by previous champion Pierre Klineubing. The field looked like a e46 showroom with 6 privately funding teams all using e46 325 coupes and sedans.

.....Sidenote and props: Cadillac dominated the SpeedTV GT Championship with the new CTS-V, easily stomping last years Audi RS-6's. The most stunning drive was from former GM Corvette GT-2 ace Andy Pilgram who stalled the Cadillac on the starting grid and came from last place to 2nd place: finishing behind the other Cadillac. Glad to see GM stepping up for the enthusiasts.........

Dude, that was amazing how Pilgram came from the back of the field to finish second. He was like 5-6 seconds faster than the entire field. Simply amazing. They totally owned the entire field. No one even challenged them.
