Opinion help on alarms/cameras

About a month ago, I found a screw in the left rear tire of my Z3. The tire was a relatively new Potenza S03 -- turned out to be not fixable as it was in the sidewall. Since there's so much construction in my area, I figured I must have just gotten unlucky. Oh well.

This past Wednesday, I picked up my new M3 convertible (silver gray). Everything is looking great but then I notice the flat tire monitor go on as I'm driving. After stopping, I noticed there's a screw in the right rear tire. Looks like somebody turned a 1-inch long screw into the tire. (Odds of me randomly running over a screw this long and having it thread in that nicely is pretty low.)

So here's my question. I live in a condo complex with shared parking. Everybody has assigned spots. Obviously, somebody in that building does not like me or my car. Who it is, I have no idea since I just moved in last December and I don't know anybody there. What kind of gadgets can I hook up to stop this from happening again? Proximity alarm? Wireless camera? Circle of poison gas? (Yes, I'll talk to the security in the building but I don't know what they can do.)

Camera is not going to help unless you can mount a camera overseeing the car (assuming you always park in the same spot) in a window somewhere in your condo and connect it to a VCR/DVR.

As far as alarms, there isn't really anything practical either. You could install one with a proximity sensor and adjust it so that the field exntends outside the car, but every time someone walks by or it rains, your alarm will go off.
Only thing you can do is get an alarm that has a pre-warning proximity feature, that chirps when someone lingers around your car for too long, but does not go off unless they actually break in. I have an Alpine SEC-150R.
