The difference is: Dinan badges, once removed, are worth over $100 on ebay. Other than that, the process is the same.

the Dinan badge is amazingly easy to remove (week adhesive). I pulled all but one of the letters off with my fingers. the remainning letter (the "D" or possibley the "n") required a slight bit of persuation but it was easy using some of the picks in my tool box. a small screw driver with a bent tip should work or dental floss.

anyway, I carefully pulled the letter from behind without touching the paint using the tool pictured below (the one on the bottom):

those badges go for more than $100 on ebay.

insane, no. careful, yes. it *never* touched the paint and all you do is pull straight back. remember it wasn't secured that well to begin with. a simple tug and off it comes.

I know! I'm putting it on with super glue!

And I'm not selling it - I'm not feeding into the market for goofballs who want the badge and not the real mods. i love what the stuff has done for my car and endorse it, not sticking something on my car without the contents to look like something its not..

I fealt like a goofball with the badge on even when I had the mods and steve dinan was shaking my hand as they put it on the car. the badge came off in less than a week.

Damn it! Oh well, I guess I can always just buy a counterfeit Dinan sticker. Now, does it go M3 badge on the left and Dinan on the right or vice versa?

The only badge that I'll ever consider getting will be my supercharger manufacturer's badge, once I get one installed - and even THAT badge is a maybe.
