In your ebay auction, you said you bought it on Jan. 15, 2004. Ahh, no you didn't! I bought it on Jan. 15th & then sold it to you then you tried to rip both Paypal & myselff off...POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE OF NON-CREDITABLE SELLER!

Jimmy,

I did not try to rip you off. I sent you the money via paypal and decided that i didnt' want it anymore. When i told you i didn't want it anymore you didnt' ship the item to me yet. I only wanted my money back. You sent me the item anyways and didnt' refund my money, therefore i tried to use the buyer protection on paypal to get my money back(than i would have sent the amp back to you). please do not speak bad of me, i did not do anything. Hvae a nice day, this whole dilemna is over, move on.

You didn't do anything? First of all, it's common sense that a person to person (Instead of a vendor to person) transaction has no set, given and/or assumed returned policy (Unless the item's defective of which it wasn't). Secondly, I already told you I wasn't going to refund your money as I even told you the exact date the item was going to ship (Of which I shipped on that exact day). Third, when I said, you "tried to rip paypal & myself off" I was stating this...You wanted your money back by filing a complaint against me (Even though throughout the years, I've never had a complaint against me ever on Paypal). However, before Paypal determined if you'd get your money back (They went in my favor), you posted a for sale thread already. Which means you would've gotten money from Paypal (IF they ruled in your favor but they didn't) & you would've gotten money from the new buyer. Have a nice day & yes I've moved on to legit buyers/sellers...
