Will the rear sway bar from an E46 M3 fit my sedan?

I have a '99 323i with SP and am wondering if I can install the rear sway bar from an M3.

Your input is very much appreciated.

Thanks,

NO, someone sent me the one for an M3 and I tried to put it on my sedan but there is not enough clearance for it to fit.
