Brake light just came on,should i......
The brake pad wear light just came on and i have an autocross in the morning and another on sunday...will i be ok to race? i ordered ebc pads but won't be in til mon or tues and this will suck if i have to cancel both races...one is with bmwcca and the other is scca which i already paid for. grrrr...but i don't want to risk damage to rotors but if you guys think i'll be cool for another day or two, i'm gonna go. thanks.

should be fine for one or two autox. usually when the light comes on you have between 10-20% of the pad material left

thanks...yeah, i figured...it's not like the light comes on and you're able to get to a dealer or do it yourself right away...kinda like the gas light huh hehe

NOO!!! Do not autox. I am not sure about the M Coupe but the E46 does not leave u much room left. You must drive lightly and go to the dealer ASAP!
