oem silver titanium trim or painted silver trim?

oem trims are mad expensive but painting it might bring other consequences in the future..cant it?..(chipping, scratches, etc. etc.)..so what would be better?

You can try to see if anyone has an older set that you can buy and thus experiment around with. That way, you always have your OEM Silver ones in case it doesn't turn out too good with the other set.
