i wanna install a lojack

i wanna install a lojack, i live in santa monica. could someone help me out in here? how much would it cost? and also how long does the installation take? also could u guys recommend me some store? thanks!!

My Ride: is totaled
i ordered it through the dealer as i was buying the car

someone came to my house from LoJack
it took maybe 30-45 minutes to install
i paid about $600 .. and the cost was included into the car loan amount

I think the LoJack in our Mercedes cost about that much. But we got like $10 off our premium. yeah.

You can save money by buying some yarn. When you park your car, just unwind it as you walk. This way when you're looking for your car, you can just follow the yarn back. This will keep it from getting "stolen". Total cost: about $3

Also, you can't buy LoJack and install it yourself. It has to be installed by a certified LoJack technician.

I would use dental floss. It's small and undetectable, it's waterproof, and if it gets broken, you can follow the minty trail.
