I would say $25k or so. The miles are somewhat high and I think tan is less overall less desireable than gray or black interior as well.

Thanks guys.. I actually am not looking to sell. Just bought one and wondered if I paid too much. Alot of people on e46 fanatics complaining that they can't anyone to get offers for their 3 series cars near book value (offers of thousands less). Kind of scary
