This pisses me off like you wouldn't believe. I'm in Canada and have been looking for a car with these specs and colour combo for freaking months (there's no selection up here). I wish those government bastards would just let us drive a car over the border with out screwing us with fees. Please tell me that it's not a 5 speed, then I won't feel so bad for missing out. Good luck with the sale. -BJ

Your better off trading it for $23,000 so you won't have to pay all that sales tax.

Dose your state have a sales tax ? Here in Ma. its 5% so if you were to trade it in you'd save $1150. in LESS sales tax ! meaning by selling it out right its coasting YOU an additional $150. (if not more if higher than 5%), plus no liability or lemon law issues. Must be more to the story .

Unless your just selling it without purchasing another car than by all means sell it outright!

In Maryland, they take the trade in out after sales tax is applied on the sale price.

It doesn't matter what you use for down-payment ... car or cash ... same thing
