Feeler: 40 gb Ipod
Friend of mine found a 40gb ipod, that only comes with apple headphones and about 3000 soungs. However the ipod has a name inscribed in the back of it from apple. Gimme your best offer cause i have no use for it.

it might have a few little scratched on the bottom dont know, and hell yea it works, i already know someone that will pay me 120 for it. But he might not have the money till next week, thus giving you the chance to steal it from him.

where did ur friend fine it was it on the floor in a parking lot bc my friend told me that u the person that lost it makes a report u cant download songs anymore is that true

have no idea, doubt that its true. U would need to buy a cradle and thats prob like 25 bucks. A friend of mine told me that u dont have to use the itunes software but use another companys. The thing is i dont want to be responsable for this just trying to sell it.

ipods at friends house and he wont give it to me unless i give him 100 bucks. Only thing that he said that was wrong was the Name engraved in the back.

from what i know.. even if the person reported it stolen, as long as u dont try to register it online and download songs from the itunes store then its not a problem...
sucks for the person who lost it.. lol.. if i lost my ipod i'd prolly be pretty pissed..
