I have a 00 328i sport with an intake and exhaust. What class would i be in?

An E46 328 runs in either DS or DSP. The cat back exhaust is free in Stock but modifying the induction system puts you into Street Prepared. You will run DSP with these cars:

Yep in stock class you can only change the filter element. The stock airbox must be in place and used.
