Feeler: Black Via Spiga dress shoes, size 12

I have a pair of Via Spiga Akko dress shoes, size 12. I bought these for a little over $200. Problem is, I haven't had a reason to wear these. The only time my feet touched the insides of these shoes was when I was trying them on. You can see in one of the pics that the bottom of the shoes have absolutely no wear on them (if i walked outside in them, they would have gotten worn down, i.e scratched/marked up). Honestly, I think these were the most comfortable dress shoes that I have ever tried on...guess you get what you pay for.

Anyways, just trying to see if I can get a reasonable offer. If not, I'll probably just keep them. Thanks guys.
