if you have the ski bag, unzip the side, stick your arm in the hole of it, then reach real far and up and see if you can find a handle. push it out towards the rear of your car and the seat folds down. no way to do it huh? learn your car.

Here's how to remove them easily:

- raise the headrest as high as it can go
- use a pair of pliers to rotate the shafts 45 degrees outboard (turn the left shaft clockwise and the right shaft counterclockwise)
- remove the headrest
