I don't know any that sell for a good price.
All the other E46 fanatics from Seattle that I know (and myself) have bought it from elsewhere.
You'll find that even with shipping costs, it'll still be cheaper than buying it here.

RENNsport is a great place to start.
I bought my wheels from Supreme Power Parts and they were too.
Go click on the sponsor links and you'll find many reliable companies.

Well... if you MUST buy locally...
There's Premier Autowerks in downtown Seattle and R-Sports in Bellevue.
Euro Auto Solutions is in Federal Way.
Even places like Innovative audio in Bellevue have wheels (for an arm and a leg).

I finally stopped by and checked out the Premier Autowerk shop on Capitol Hill... Not much to look at, but the employees are awesome, very friendly, and (so far) have the best price quotes for a local shop. I may end up ordering some custom wheels from them in the next few weeks after investigating some other out of state shops (to avoid sales tax).
