Will this be covered by warranty

Hello Everyone,
I need your expert opinion on the following:

The closest Falken tire dealer is 200 miles away and I don't want to make an unesssary trip if I don't have too. I understand that pictures aren't the best way to tell but can anyone let me know if the following tears in tires sidewall will be covered by warranty?

I would also like to mention that the tire still holds air.

how old are they? I would definitely call Falken and ask them...and even offer to email picture...

I am GUESSING they should/would do it, as long as you have the receipt, ETC...

They were on the car for about 8000 miles and are less than a year old. I will email falken tires and see what they suggest. Thanks.
