SilverVision w5w Bulbs available in Japan
Just did a google search and found that the Philips Silvervisions sidemarker bulbs are available in Japan as well as Indonesia (previously stated) They also look different than the bulbs shown in the previous post in that they only had a silver coating on the top. Any fanatics in Japan? Please hook us up.

I got a set of those off ebay for $18 shipped. They look good! Try checking ebay...every now and then you can find an auction for these.
It would be cool if some fanatic in Japan or someone travelling there could buy a bunch of these and hook everyone else up! |

you can see those through the reflector. In fact, they are probably trhe OEM ones found in Euro X3's, as the OEM X3 silver bulbs are Philips too...
These work perfect and are $10: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/194A-...3215QQtcZphoto

Aren't the Solaris bulbs sold at Bimmian completely silver? No yellow at all?

hey man, thanks for the reply.
about those two links you've posted.. they show the bulbs to have a chrome finish.. which is what im looking for. however, if you look the bimmian site, it falsely advertises their solaris bulbs with a chrome finish but they're really just spray painted in silver. any ideas if the vendors you've posted links to actually sell chrome bulbs as shown in the pics?! cheers

The Bimmian bulbs are chrome. The ebay ones are chrome. I've bought both.

I need a new brakelight period. Mines out. I figure I might as well get one that's not going to egg yolk on me anyway. Where can i get a cheap clear or silver one that lights up amber, and get it quickly?

I would check out Stealth Bulbs. They're made in the USA and have a LIFETIME GUARANTEE, even for burnouts.
