The transmission had a faulty part. It's been a known issue for a very long time. All Acura CL's, TL's, and Accord V6's that were affected were elligible for a new transmission under warranty, as well as the new one being covered for 100,000 miles. The car was not driven hard, the 50K miles are 90K freeway miles.

Hope this answered the question. Feel free to keep asking.

Thanks.

C'mon! Nobody needs a clean SUV for the kids, or for the winter?

I meant to type "the 50K miles are 90% freeway miles." Sorry about the confusion.

I've priced mine relatively low considering Kelley Blue Book specs and the mileage is average for the year. It's actually at 50,500 right now but will remain under 51,000 for the new owner. It's in perfect condition and has all the amenities including GPS Navigation and heated seats and mirrors. It's a wonderful 4x4 that drives as smooth as a luxury sedan. I'm a motivated seller and the price reflects that. Feel free to drop a line or question.

Thanks.

Thanks for the bump. It's not my house, but yeah it's gorgeous. The SUV is still for sale and ready for a new garage.
