My Ride: BMW 325i 2005
What kind of wheel locks to get?

I just purchased a set of oem wheel locks from the bmw dealership, these:


But I also saw a set with keys, these:


Or am I better off getting aftermarket locks, and if so are there any suggestions?

well since you already have some i would probably just use those. if you didn't have any i would recommend Gorrillas.

I haven't opened the wheel locks that I bought yet so I may take a look at the gorrillas, do you know of any places with good prices for the gorrillas Thanks for the replies.

i just bought the bmw wheel locks from the dealer the first ones that are pictured in this thread i got my new wheels today and those locks don't fit in the whole, so what kinds locks can i get that are skinnier ? any suggestions ?

i own 3 sets: gorilla, mcgard and oem. gorilla is my favorite by far and is the best design IMO.

OEM and McGard are slimmer than the Gorilla. The Gorilla's key fits over the outside of the lug, whereas the OEM and McGard's keys fit in the center of the lug.

i bought the ones from bmw the ones that are in the pic at the start of this thread and they are too fat, so they gotta be skinier that those

i didn't get any name brand rims, they are lucca wheels but the holes aren't that fatt :

yeah so i needed to get wheel locks that are skinny, so before i buy something wanted to know if anyone knew which ones are the skinniest
