Valentine1 = an unexpected level of customer service

I just got a call from a rep from Valentine1 (I placed an online order yesterday).

They actually wanted to talk to me about my choice in shipping methods as it would have been cheaper to go 2-day or overnight in the long run (in regards to customs fees and taxes) vs. the ground method I had chosen in my order.

How many vendors do you know would go out of their way to do that? No many if any that I know.

Your gonna love your valentine when you get it, esp if you go on long highway drives often. It puts a smile on my face every trip down to LA from the bay area. My friend just got a Passport X50 and we have been messing around testing the ranges and using a radar sign as the test they seem to get the same range, the valentine may have a little better rear range but not much. I still think the valentine is worth the extra money for a couple reasons; the bogey counter and the arrows. They have come in handy locating the radar and identifiying true threats...Enjoy
