Big thumbs up to Ron and Craig at Streeteffectz!!!

First off, I get quick replies from them via email and they are very helpful and nice on the phone :)

I was sent the wrong headrest screens, so I called them up and told them my situation. They told me to return my package back to Myron and Davis (M&D) which is the headrest company which made the mistake of sending me the X5 ones and Streeteffectz will refund me for the shipping cost. So I send my screens out the next day and about 2 weeks pass by and no package. I was told when M&D receive my package they will directly ship out the right sizes to me. I called Streeteffectz again for an update since I got a little worried. I had proof that they in fact did receive my package (tracking #'s) so what could be the delay??? That's when Craig comes in and becomes the translator between me and the headrest company. M&D said, "We never received her package." I said well guess what??? I have PROOF that they were delivered, I emailed Craig the UPS tracking #'s, and for some reason I guess they misplaced the package or somethin :dunno: 'cause after Craig showed them the tracking #'s I had given him, they immediately find my package... :hmm: fishy...

Anyways Craig told M&D to send the headrest screens back to Streeteffectz. He gives me a call when it arrives, notifies me that it will be shipped out that following day and he'll also slip in a check for the return shipping cost :)

Then I get a call from Ron a few days later who makes sure I knew Craig shipped out my screens and that he's giving me a refund, basically making sure I knew what was going on.

Overall my whole experience started out as a headache (because most companies I know make u pay for return shipping and charge a restocking fee :thumbdwn: ) to a stress free experience!

They handled the situation very well! What can I say?!?!?

Streeteffectz = EXCELLENT customer service!!
