Steven Bracco aka Classicjays, bad experience

Steven posted his lights for sale here on E46 fanatics. I offered to paypal him and did so. The lights were received damaged. Whether they were shipped damaged, or damaged in transit will never be clear, but the boxes had absolutely no packaging in them. I have tried to PM, email and call Steven (many times, left voicemail) on his cell phone and he has not responded even once. Unless you count the first time I got a hold of *someone* on the other end, and denied to be 'classicjays.' Due to the proximity of his location, I will be pursuing further action to reclaim funds.

There is a classicjays on ebay, also based in Whitestone NY, also with negative feedback. I can only assume it's the same person.

I would advise potential buyers to stay away from him if he ever decides to sell anything here or any other BMW forum again.
