I just came home from the drag strip....ran a 14.823 best time yet.
I saw alot of cars that take out there headlight. I have the dinan cai im wondering if i did the same and removed my drivers side headlamp would it help me out in getting a better time or just waste my time...? Anyone ever done this and how did it work for you... |

Well considering the dinan CAI intake is in the bumper...removing your headlight really wont get any more airflow into the filter and may even cause unwanted drag...

Some guys probably remove the headlights so they can create a larger air intake opening. Don't bother doing it.

If you had an ECIS filter I would say do it, the Dinan intake is behind the bumper.
