How do you remove the stock silver rings? Do you just pull them off or do you need to apply adhesive remover??

Yes, you can, you will take off the Rings first and install the CF Bezel and put the rings back on. So whether you have Rings factory equipped or not, the procedure on installing it is always:

1. CF Bezel on
2. Rings on top of the CF Bezel

Intersted for Silver CF gauge for e46 m3? Do u have better pic of chrome gauge rings on with bezel?? The e36 one, u cant really tell...kinda far and not the same cluster as e46. Also do stock m3 gauge rings come off easily?? Thanks...Pm me if u can can pls
