The whole car is ugly. The 6 series is a waste of money. The 5 series is hideous in every aspect. The 3 series is brutal. The new 7 can pull it off because it's such a large car.

I hear you, although Audi and MB's have a somewhat nicer interiors I find that BMW are the most laid out and user friendly out of the bunch.

You think those Audi interiors are nice? They look like they might just as easily be in a Corolla.

That said, the E46 > E90 by far. In fact, E46 interior > Almost all.

most driver oroiented interior- E36

the way everything was angled to you was awesome. I AM THE Driver. I want to be able to have everything facing me, not straight out.

I used to think that the 6 series was ugly. However, one day I saw a black 645ci convertible parked in front of a black sl55. Both had black 19" rims. Surprisingly, the sl55 looked downright boring in comparison, while the 645ci looked amazing.

That said, the 6 series only works in a few colors. The white convertibles are pretty fugly. Silver is ok.

That's the RD6 3.0 twin-turbo diesel model, which has a redline of 5,000 rpm, the R6 series has a redline of 7,000 rpm.

No Way!

The front looks to busy and the rear end looks ordinary. I think it looks like a Korean car design! I can't believe I'm saying this, but the 5 series looks better than this new 3!

The interior doesn't come close to the beauty of the E46. I think the current interior is, sporty, clean, and driver oriented. It's perfection! The new 3 looks like the 5 interior, can you say "old person interior". The dash doesn't even blend into the door panels! It just butts up to the door panels. And could they make the steering wheel any uglier? BMW designers

Some of the pics I've seen of the new 4 series look good and some look bad, depending on which magazine had them. So, I can't wait to see what it actualy looks like.

I LOVE the E46 design and I don't think BMW can top the clean/integrated design of the E46! I'll keep my E46 and in a couple of years I'll add a 2nd E46 to my garage in the form of a M3!
