dude did u get the M3 new or used? Also what month was your production ? BMW added the bar as standard midway through 2001 if I remember correctly.

Good but I still don't fit any of the options

No strut bars were added until the end of the 2002 year. I didn't get one either, and I got mine last April (march production). My friend has one though. No matter, my ACS suits me fine!

Have done that exact test several times and with several vehicles. I can tell you that the first thing I do is take the Offramp that I use for my daily commute at the same speeds each time. The immediate thing I notice is that I am Leaning to the right, same as always, but now the car is NOT leaning to the right as always. The extra rigidity kept the thing from twisting in the front and "Leaning". this produces flatter, more controlable steering and thus faster exit speed. I would not drive a "Sports Car" without one.
