You can use a multimeter to test the leads. Probably a +12v, a ground, + and 1 speaker lead and maybe a switched 12V

Yesterday I installed my subs and amp and it was hard to get a signal for my LOC. I tried splicing into 4 different leads and the signal was too weak even with the LOC and amp gains all the way up. I ended up seperating the HK sub amp from the HK 6x9 enclosure and using those leads that come out of the sub amp into the 6x9s. Seems to be working great so far. Subs pound with the LOC gains all the way up and the amp gains all the way down. I'm just not sure if the polarity is correct. The 6x9 leads are gray and green. I assumed the green wires were positive but I'm not 100%. I can't seem to find a diagram anywhere. I would be able to test them with a meter right?
