So little update:

Price has been dropped to 24,000 and will come with all of the stock parts.

Please guys, anyone you know just mention it to them, my buddy really wants his E46 M3...what would you do for an E46?

Free case of beer from me to the member who finds my buddy a buyer for his Acura!
