Had an interesting drive home this afternoon, got caught in major hail. Very slow and lots of opposite lock. Saw two accidents in the space of about 3km's.

It's not just Melbourne, living up in the freezing hills doesn't help my case.

Don't think there's any damage, was just little stones. Will have to wait until tomorrow to check it out properly.

^ If you live in the right place you bypass all the cyclones and flooding!
In my little time in Melbourne last month i quickly realised i was not made for the cold... it's a shame since its such a lovely city!

Yeh pretty much... Lol

One thing I do hate about qld weather with our cars is the heat in summer. That leather burns after a hot day! Also fruit bats... Their sh*t strips the clear right off! not cool...

Got asked an interesting question in a job interview recently, and because its car related, i thought I'd share it.

I got asked "If you could be any vehicle what would you be? and why?"
without hesitation i responded with "Good question, (with a smile on my face).. BMW M3.. Because its a perfect example of an allrounder, fits in whereever it goes, never looks out of place and is reasonably priced"

And i think thats true.. U can drive the M3 to the shops, school run, plenty of boot space, and room for passengers. Can sit in traffic, and pot around town without much difficulty...
and got enough poke to excite boy racers in traffic light GP's
Has got enough badge/prestige to pull up at any luxury hotel/casino in.. but at the same time understated enough to drive it to the local pub
Holds its own on the track ..
and plenty of modifications available to add that personal touch.. but looks just as good left all OEM!

What would you guys have responded?
