hey pple tough i join as well , don't have a bmw yet but im looking to buy as i want to sell my current ride ( r33 gtst)
why are e46 sedans hard to find in manual , nearly impossible

any tips before buying one?

They're super hard to find in manual...so glad I got mine tee hee

I think the only thing you gotta do before buying it is take it to an indi BMW specialist to get it checked out.

Because to start with BMWs are usually bought by boring cankerous old farts not enthusiasts. Add to the fact that sedans are usually purchased by aforementioned party.

I have been lurking for a couple of months but finally got it last night! It has been a "journey" and we have been doing a lot of bonding today. A quick wash and polish and a good clean up. Interior still needs a bit of TLC and cleaning tomorrow.

They are called G-strings in South Africa!! They were a huge attraction when they were released there.

It's a compact model, never sold in the USA afaik.

They were the wheels that came with the M-Tech pack - 17 x 7.5 front and 17 x 8.5 rear. It also has the 6 speed manual box, body kit, tighter suspension, cruise, DSC/TC and sunroof. Very versatile being a hatchback too.
