i drove E46 coupes 323 manual and i noticed the acceleration pedal is really hard an stiff compared to mine. Is it because its manual(which doesnt make sense) or...?

On the early coupes (323 and 328) they used throttle cables which is a direct connection between the pedal and the throttle assembly.

In the newer cars, it's actually drive by wire, which means it's all controlled electronically.

With the older ones, the cable should be changed as a regular service item, as it can turn sticky like you've experienced. They are very affordable though which is good!
