those are one-piece, aren't they?

I wonder how difficult it would be to paint the silver part black and leave the polished lip...............

it shouldnt be hard. its just like powder coating any rims.

What kind of tires are they exactly?

Dayton Daytona HR? ZR? Are they a current model or a few years old?

Can't find a the match to your pics on the Bridgestone/Firestone site:

the tires are dayton daytona ZR's they're the first ones on the list under dayton tires on the bridgestone website.
