Aux converter for business radio 01ci

Hi everyone
I have a 2001ci business radio and looking into buying a auxiliary converter. I found this on eBay and wondering if anyone has any experience on it. I just wana make sure it would actually work for my car.

It should work. It looks like it plugs into the back of the head unit, and takes the place of the cd changer.

I'm sceptical about it because there's a bunch of these on ebay/amazon but always for 02 and up. This is the first one I've seen that claims to be compatible
For a 2001.

As I noted, it appears that the adapter is taking the place of the cd changer. I'd ask the seller if this us true.
