Yeah I understand.. My boss is a multi millionaire and drives an 03 toyota tundra... *for the Daily driver* But He also Has A private Jet ( hes and ex pilot for the air force ) and He's got a chopper.... But he still has a toy for weekends and what not... I just figured anyone making 500k + a year would have at least 1 luxury ride

Yeah you could never guess hes got $$$ either... he wears old jeans and F@@king Velcro shoes everywhere he goes

For the past three years I have had an E30 which although mechanically restored has rust all over the body, an E46 which I have sunk a bunch of money into (read: Paid the car off cash and cash for mods), and now have an E36 that I am modding.

Funny thing is... When the E36 and E46 are being worked on or in storage and I drive the E30 around I get HOTTER and COOLER chicks! The really good ones just DONT CARE.

Also, as many of you reach the real world you'll realize that with $200K a year and some savings you can weasle your way into a $1M home. Also those making $300,000 in a major city and $300,000 in say oklahoma have two COMPLETELY different lifestyles. The guy in the major city is lucky to afford a 3 series and a condo where the guy in the boondocks has a mansion and an M5 for the fam and an M6 for himself.

It's all relative and of the rich people I know (I'm talking worth 500+ Million) some have POS's and houses that are smaller than you'd think, and some have all the toys in the world.
exactly - its about about what u want.

I got paid very well when i was in the midwest- but goddamn i'd never move back to that sh1t hole again. No diversity and lack of things 2 do (city life) Seriously this is where i saw that $$$ isn't worth it

Making still good money in CA but high cost of living - but I'm very happy

This thread invites people to lie about themselves. I figure, if you take what most people claim they earn and multiply by about 25% you'd probably get the right number.
