i am 20 and my projected income for this year would be about 52k.. I work in sales for a timeshare company.. I do inbound vacation sales.. pretty happy with the job!!

that translate to like $8160 before tax for 3 months lol

22, $55,000 a year (Computer Engineering US Government)

25, 61k after bonuses. IT development

21 and make between $40k or $50k a year, depending on overtime

Yeah, it's commonplace for graduates with a BS or BA to make 100+ right out of college.

When I graduated from college with 1 additional year of grad school in 1993 I was only making $8.50 an hour.... I decided 4 years later to go to law school. After law school and racking up $110,000 in debt I got my first job as an attorney (in 1999) and was only making $35,000

Now, after 8 years of practice and switching firms twice life is much better. (see my previous post way above).

It isnt instant...you have to work for it.

The sad truth is, if you want to make big buck$ you can't be employed by others unless you put in a LOT of time and hard work. Then there's tons of mortgage guys out there (or others in sales positions) who can be 18+ pulling an easy 100-500k, i know guys who after just a couple years at age 25 were pulling in 800k, although the market hit a rough patch i bet with the new FHA loan limits they'll all still be sitting fat.

Yeah sure buddy, maybe some of them made $500k+ a year (probably one of the reasons we are in this mess cuz your boys were pushing people into those crap option-arm loans to make that $$$) in the good old days. They would be lucky to be making $50k a year with the current carnage in the real estate market. Easy come, easy go...

32 going on 33. 10 years of work exp. with an MBA. I'll clear about $153k this year (base plus bonus) from my day job. If I can get a large $50 million construction loan approved, I'll cross $200k next year (bonus is paid in Jan. on fee income generated in the prior year).
