I missed those days, 20% shift diff, additional 12.5% for night shift, unlimited OT, 2x's for emergency call ins. Made so much money back in the days. Base salary exempt employee blows, with 5% bonus first quarter of the year. Still trying to get used to the fix pay check every two weeks.
