not sure if it's anyone on here, but black e36 with convertible top down going up 14th street in dc right before the mall. 6 or 8k halos, and what looked like 18-19" e46m rims but the car was moving the whole time, so, kinda hard to tell.

I either spotted mac or yanksfan around 6 on 488/radio station rd.

forgot my cell, had to go back for it while kids were at swimming lessons.
